What It Is And How It Works

The Journeyman Certification Program consists of specific requirements and documentation standards for those seeking professional certification and recognition. Participation in the Journeyman Program is not required in order to take the field course it's based around.

College Credit / GI Bill

The required field course can be taken for college credit. The certification program is covered under the GI Bill.

Tuition covers field courses. There is no extra tuition for home study

Journeyman Certification Requirements

Required Field Courses

The required field courese is the Wilderness Bushcraft Semester. There is also a distance learning component, and several courses that must be completed elsewhere (at minimal cost).

Length Of Course

The shortest amount of time the Journeyman Certification could be completed is 12 weeks. However, to complete all the requirements, it could take considerably longer.

There are very specific and stringent documentation parameters for all of our certification progams. More details coming soon.
