Weeklong And Short Courses
Tuition for specific courses is listed on individual course pages and on our calendar.
Deposits: For short (1 week or less) courses and trips a deposit of 1/2 of the program tuition is necessary to hold your spot. The balance is due 30 days prior to the program. For long term programs scroll down. Deposits are non-refundable except when courses are already full, in which case we'll refund your deposit or credit it to a future course - your choice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: With cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the course or trip, the tuition, less the deposit, will be refunded. With cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the course all monies are non-refundable and non-transferable. These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute, and that the vast majority of costs are incurred in preparing for a course/trip.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that all participants consider purchasing travel insurance, which will refund your tuition if you choose to, or are forced to leave a course or trip early early. Check out Travelguard.com and InsureMyTrip for travel insurance. They cover non-refundable, prepaid expenses such as travel and tuition.
Medical Insurance: We recommend that all participants have medical insurance.
